Sickness & Illness

The health and wellbeing of our entire nursery community is our absolute priority. To keep all the children and our staff safe from spreading infection, we operate a strict medical exclusion policy.

If your child becomes unwell while at the nursery, we will contact you immediately to arrange for them to be collected. This helps us maintain a clean and healthy environment for everyone.

Compliments & Complaints

Your feedback is incredibly valuable to us and helps us constantly refine the care we provide. We love to hear when our team has made a positive impact on your child's day, and we ensure that compliments are shared directly with the staff members involved to celebrate their hard work.

We also recognise that there may be times when you have concerns or wish to make a formal complaint. If you ever have a concern, we encourage you to speak directly with your setting manager so we can work together to resolve it swiftly and constructively.
