Each RIMU setting is led by a unique and experienced management team, supported by a passionate group of early years educators who care deeply about creating a warm, nurturing, and inspiring environment for every child. We pride ourselves on building strong relationships with families and ensuring every child feels safe, valued, and supported throughout their early years journey.

Our teams are made up of highly skilled practitioners with a mixture of Level 2, Level 3, and Level 6 early years qualifications. This brings together a wealth of experience, knowledge, and specialist expertise across all age groups so that your child receives the highest standard of guidance.
Every single member of our staff is trained in Paediatric First Aid. We also have dedicated Safeguarding and SEND trained practitioners within each setting to ensure that every child has the exact care, wellbeing, and specialist support they need.
At RIMU, we strongly believe in investing in our team through high quality training, professional development, and ongoing support. We are passionate about creating opportunities for growth within early years education and we are proud to support apprentices within our settings, helping to nurture the next generation of skilled and caring childcare professionals.

While our early years practitioners focus on your child's daily care and core development, we believe in bringing in outside expertise to elevate our creative curriculum.
Our music, drama, and specialist activity sessions are delivered by fully qualified peripatetic staff who visit our settings throughout the week. These are dedicated subject experts who specialise in early years creative arts, ensuring that the children receive professional, high-quality instruction while our nursery team remains focused on supporting the children's individual wellbeing and learning journeys.
